Joe Friel Power File Analysis on TrainingPeaks Blog

© Larry Rosa 2012
Coach Joe Friel did an analysis of my power file from my Ironman US Championships ride for TrainingPeaks.com’s blog. It’s not quite as detailed and nerdy as the one I did with Quarq for IMTX, but there are still some great takeaways (I hope) that might help some of you struggling with your pacing during Ironman races. There are some other great file analyses on the blog (Conrad Stoltz’s monster ride from Rev3 Maine, for example), so it’s really a great resource for folks that train with power and also for folks who are wondering why they might want to make that leap. Thanks to Joe for doing the analysis and to TrainingPeaks for sharing it.
